2007, January 24Start from last week, I’m currently going fruity. I make fruit blend with a glass of white skim milk and also fruit flavoured yogurt. I think it’s a good idea to make up my lack of calcium, fiber and others good substance of nutrient.
The ingridients are simple. Any of your favourite fruits plus any fruit that easy to blend with and its taste is not over powering the others. My all time favourite is: banana. Why? Banana is a natural source of carbohydrate, is digested easily, fully packed of energy and add milk, you got breakfast on the go! Now, is the season of sweet mandarines, so I choke them up inside the blend. I like my blend full fruity flavoured.
